28 May 2012: CCM Development Pte td. (CCM Development), A wholly-owned subsidiary of the group had entered into an investment agreement (investment agreement) with Stanwood Limited (Stanwood). Ltd., the Group was awarded with a new Project work for Proposed New Erection of a Public Housing Development Comprising of 6 Blocks of 17-Storey Residential Buildings (total 491 units) and 1 Block of 6-Storey Multi-storey Carparks with Community Facilities at Boon Lay Drive.

08 August 2011: Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, CCM Industrial Pte. Ltd., the Group was awarded with a new Project work for Proposed Erection of 23-Storey Residential Flat Development (108 units) with 5 Storey of Multi-storey Carpark with Swimming Pool, Communal Facilities and Sky Terrace on 6th Storey on lot 06836M NK17 at 6 Jalan Ampas (Novena Planning Area).

5 July 2011: Increase in issued and paid up share capital of CCM Development Pte Ltd from S$100,000 to S$5.1 million.

18 June 2011: A wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, CCM Development Pte Ltd ("CCM Development"), has signed a non-legally binding MOU with the Government of Dianjiang County, Chongqing Municipal, PRC to develop an eco-tourism holiday resort, to be known as CCM Group International Eco-Tourism Holiday and Leisure Resort, Dianjiang, Chongqing ("Resort Project").

18 May 2011: CCM Industrial Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, has successfully obtained a higher financial grading from B1 to A2 category for General Building from BCA.

31 August 2010: CCM Industrial Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, has successfully obtained a higher financial grading from B2 to B1 category for General Building from BCA.
