Our Company was incorporated on 09 September 2009 in Singapore under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of CCM Group Pte. Ltd.. Our Company registration number is 200916763W. Our name was changed to "CCM Group Limited" following our conversion to a public company limited by shares on 1 June 2010. CCM Industrial has been consolidated under our Group.
We are principally engaged in building construction activities through CCM Industrial Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company incorporated on 18 January 2001, specializing in main building works and general building works for residential and commercial buildings for the public and private sectors in Singapore.
In less than 10 years since our inception, we have grown from a small general contractor to a group which offers integrated construction services in Singapore and elsewhere which is capable of undertaking large scale construction projects.
In 2009, CCM Industrial Pte. Ltd. was recognised as and awarded the "Singapore SME 500 Company" certificate.
On 18 January 2011, the Group has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely CCM Development Pte Ltd and CCM Manufacturing Pte Ltd in Singapore.
